Testing of Concrete and Precast Concrete Products
Quality control of heavyweight, lightweight, cellular and fine-grained concrete, as well as precast concrete products — with official test reports and expert assessment.

About the service
Concrete is the principal structural material of modern construction. Its type, composition and quality have a direct bearing on a building's load-bearing capacity, durability and safety. Each type of concrete — heavyweight, lightweight, aerated, foam or fine-grained — has its own characteristics and critical parameters that must strictly comply with the design and current standards.
Our laboratory carries out comprehensive testing of all types of concrete and precast concrete products. We assess strength, density, water resistance, frost resistance, structure and uniformity of concrete, and verify that finished precast products comply with GOST requirements and the design documentation.
Test results are recorded in official test reports accepted by supervisory authorities and the technical client.
What we check
Concrete properties
- Compressive, tensile and flexural strength
- Frost resistance
- Water resistance
- Density and porosity
- Water absorption
- Structural uniformity
- Thermal conductivity (for lightweight and cellular concrete)
- Shrinkage, crack resistance and abrasion resistance
Precast products: structures and units
- Concrete strength within the unit
- Concrete cover and reinforcement placement
- Compaction quality and structure
- Geometric parameters
- Bond strength between reinforcement and concrete
- Compliance of the unit with its data sheet
Which concretes we test
- 01Heavyweight concrete — bases, foundations, slabs, beams
- 02Lightweight concrete — enclosure structures, panels
- 03Cellular concrete (aerated, foam) — walls, lintels, blocks
- 04Fine-grained concrete — screeds, thin-layer elements
- 05Precast concrete structures and products — columns, slabs, piles, beams, girders, rings, lintels

| Watertightness | GOST 12730.5-2018 | Laboratory |
Why it matters
Testing of concrete and precast products makes it possible to:
- 01Confirm that the material matches the design grade and GOST requirements
- 02Rule out the use of substandard concrete
- 03Verify the supplier and confirm the quality of the batch
- 04Ensure the safety of load-bearing structures
- 05Prevent failure, spalling, cracking and loss of strength
- 06Correctly accept precast products on site
Concrete control is a mandatory procedure at every stage of construction, from pouring through to acceptance of the finished structures.
Testing stages
- 01
Receiving the request and reviewing documentation
We agree the concrete type, grade, applicable standards and scope of testing.
- 02
Sampling or receiving specimens
We take concrete samples on site or accept specimens/precast units submitted to the laboratory.
- 03
Casting control specimens (where required)
We cast cubes or cylinders and cure them under standard conditions to the control age.
- 04
Carrying out laboratory testing
We determine strength, frost resistance, water resistance, density, structure and other parameters.
- 05
Testing precast products (where applicable)
We check strength, geometry, reinforcement placement, surface condition and concrete uniformity.
- 06
Analysing the results
We compare the actual data against GOST, SNiP and design documentation requirements.
- 07
Issuing reports and recommendations
The client receives official test reports with a full description and the specialists' conclusions.
