Testing of Concrete Mixes
Quality control, verification of GOST compliance and official test reports for concrete mixes of any type.

About the service
The quality of a concrete mix determines the strength, durability and safety of the future structure. Even minor deviations in composition, workability or water/cement ratio can reduce strength, cause cracking, distort geometry and lead to premature failure of building elements.
Our laboratory performs comprehensive testing of concrete mixes — from assessing the properties of fresh concrete to checking the strength of the hardened specimen. We verify that the mix meets the design parameters and GOST requirements, identify deviations and provide recommendations for adjusting the mix design.
Work is carried out in accordance with approved standards, and the results are issued as official test reports accepted by supervisory authorities and the technical client.
What we check
- 01Workability of the concrete mix (P1–P5)
- 02Slump
- 03Stiffness and placeability
- 04Water resistance and frost resistance (based on specimens)
- 05Density and porosity
- 06Consistency and uniformity of the mix
- 07Aggregate distribution and cement content
- 08Compressive and tensile strength of concrete
- 09Determination of the water/cement ratio (W/C)
- 10Compliance with the quality certificate and design grade
Why it matters
Testing of the concrete mix makes it possible to:
- 01Confirm that the mix meets GOST and design requirements
- 02Determine the actual strength of the future structures
- 03Rule out the use of substandard concrete
- 04Prevent segregation, shrinkage, cracking and other defects
- 05Protect the contractor when accepting delivered concrete
- 06Provide documented confirmation of material quality for construction control
Testing the concrete mix is a mandatory part of concrete acceptance and a key element of process supervision.
Testing stages
- 01
Receiving the request and brief
We agree the concrete grade, design requirements, delivery conditions and scope of testing.
- 02
Sampling and receiving the mix
We take a sample on site or accept the mix at the laboratory. A sampling report is drawn up.
- 03
Testing the fresh mix
We determine workability, placeability, stiffness, density, temperature and other indicators.
- 04
Casting control specimens
We cast cubes/cylinders and cure them under standard conditions to the control age.
- 05
Testing the hardened concrete
We determine strength, water resistance, frost resistance, density and other indicators.
- 06
Analysing the results and comparison with standards
We verify that the mix meets the design grade and GOST requirements.
- 07
Issuing the report and recommendations
You receive an official test report with conclusions and, where relevant, corrective measures.
Our advantages
- Accreditation and official test reports accepted by supervisory authorities
- Prompt testing on site and in the laboratory
- Modern equipment and precise measurements
- A full testing cycle — from fresh mix to hardened concrete
