Personal Data Policy
1. General
This Policy is issued under Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" and sets out how Pervaya Laboratoriya LLC (Taxpayer ID ИНН, OGRN ОГРН, юридический адрес; info@thefirstlab.ru; the "Operator") processes personal data of visitors of первая-лаборатория.рф.
2. Data we process
- Request form: name, phone number, company (optional), comment.
- Calls, email and messengers: name, contact details, message content.
- With analytics consent only: cookies, IP address, browser/device data, pages visited, referral source (Yandex Metrica).
We do not process special categories of personal data or biometric data.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- Handling requests and quotes — your consent (Art. 6(1)(1) of the Law).
- Concluding and performing contracts with the company you represent — Art. 6(1)(5), 6(1)(7).
- Website analytics — your consent given in cookie settings.
4. Processing conditions
Data of Russian citizens is recorded, systematised, accumulated, stored, updated and retrieved using databases located in the Russian Federation (Art. 18(5)). No cross-border transfer takes place. Processors acting on our behalf: наименование хостинг-провайдера (hosting in Russia) and Yandex LLC (Yandex Metrica, only with your consent).
5. Retention
Until the purpose is achieved, but no longer than the consent term; if a contract is signed — for the contract term and statutory document retention periods. Data not leading to a contract is destroyed within 30 days after the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn.
6. Your rights
You may request information about processing, clarification, blocking or destruction of your data, withdraw consent and appeal to Roskomnadzor or a court. Send requests to info@thefirstlab.ru; we reply within 10 business days.
7. Security
We apply legal, organisational and technical measures under Articles 18.1 and 19 of the Law, including HTTPS, access control and a designated person responsible for data processing: ФИО ответственного за обработку ПД.
