Consent to Personal Data Processing
By submitting a request on первая-лаборатория.рф and ticking the consent box, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give Pervaya Laboratoriya LLC (юридический адрес) specific, informed and unambiguous consent under Art. 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ to process my personal data as follows.
Purpose
Handling my request, contacting me for consultation, quoting cost and timing, preparing a contract with the company I represent.
Data
Name, phone number, company (if provided), comment text, and technical submission data (date, time, IP address, page URL) to confirm consent.
Actions
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer to processors acting on the Operator's behalf (hosting in Russia), blocking, deletion, destruction; automated and manual. No dissemination, no cross-border transfer.
Term and withdrawal
Valid until the purpose is achieved, but no longer than 3 years, or until withdrawn by writing to info@thefirstlab.ru. After withdrawal, data is destroyed within 30 days unless the law provides otherwise.
